Now the fun begins. For weeks, we’ve been ripping packs and celebrating our great pulls, or lamenting yet another punter. But the whole time, we’ve really been waiting for the opportunity to jump in and capture the moments we have desired with every pack opening but weren’t lucky enough to get. Now that the marketplace is finally open, we have the opportunity to go research and grab our top moments. In this article, we’ll break down how you can use Own the Moment’s analytical tools to identify the moments you want to buy, or sell, to get to your ultimate desired collection.

Moment Analysis

The core of the NFL All Day analytical platform is the Moments page, pictured above. The Moments page will allow you to do a few things:

You can see top movers on the moments page, with the page default showing the moments that have increased in value the most over the past 24 hours. You can sort the total table by any of the columns, so you can see things like which moments have the highest or lowest volume traded recently, which have the highest supply in circulation, etc.
You can search for any player’s moment using the search functionality on the top of the page. Additionally, you can search by team or set if you want to look at a group of players for a specific comparison.
You can search by moment rarity tier as well as moments with a specific “badge”. There are currently four badges which have been identified by All Day: the Rookie Debut badge, the Rookie Year badge, the All Day Debut, and the Championship Year badge. When looking at NBA Top Shot, we see that badges add a ton of value for individual moments – knowing which moment is Tom Brady’s All Day debut will be critical to knowing which will be the most valuable, and we pull that information directly from All Day even though the badges aren’t showing up on the site yet.

I will primarily be using the Moments page to start looking for players who undervalued relative to their peer sets, specifically for players with Rookie Debut and All Day Debut badges. Another way that you can get value out of that page is to track which moments are increasing or decreasing the most in price or sales volume and allow you to snipe a great deal, or get ahead of some overall account movement.

Account Valuation

One of the other major analytical features on the Own the Moment website is the Account Valuation tool. This tool will allow you to see your total account valuation as well as all of the individual moments in your collection. This page will have a graph showing change in price over time after we have a few days of data, but is a great initial way to see all of the moments in your account and make some strategic buying decisions. It also has all of the filters on the Moments page as well, so you’ll be able to look at specific sets, teams, or badges within your personal collection.

The last feature to highlight on the NFL All Day analytics site is the written articles from Ryan Reynolds, Jay Swah, and others higlighting all of the moments to target. We have articles that cover the spectrum of All Day collecting decisions you may want to make:
